Meet the Team

Lesley’s journey with RMS Team began in 2009 when she stepped into the role of maintenance coordinator. Since then, she has adeptly transitioned across various responsibilities within the company, cultivating a comprehensive understanding of our operations. Driven by a commitment to operational excellence, Lesley now oversees all aspects of operations, ensuring productivity and efficiency for our valued clients. Her responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, encompassing tasks such as processing invoices, rental payments, and deposits as well as issuing monthly statements and year-end 1099's. In addition, Lesley plays a pivotal role in coordinating essential tasks including sending contracts, overseeing the eviction process, managing tenant applications, and nurturing positive relationships with streamlined processes. Lesley received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Georgia State University.

Linda began her real estate career in new construction, working with developers of golf courses and country clubs. Linda joined RMS Team with 18 years experience in the real estate industry. Linda’s strong communication skills are a tremendous asset to our team. She provides detailed information to the clients she serves and is committed to helping every individual she comes into contact with. Linda is a member of the Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of REALTORS® (NAMAR®) and the National Association of Residential Property Managers® (NARPM) where she is currently working on obtaining her RMP® designation.

Harlem Howard has over 27 years of residential housing experience. In addition to her background in single family management she has also worked overseeing renovations, condominium associations, single-family homes sales and asset management. She is a graduate of The University of Phoenix where she obtained her BA in business administration with a concentration on Management and Operations. Harlem’s personal philosophy is “Always leave things better than they were, when you were introduced to them.” She is committed to nurturing relationships and has an open-door policy that is built on a foundation of communication, honesty, and transparency with more than satisfactory results.

Mary Beth Desilet became an integral part of RMS Team in 2020, initially contributing across multiple facets including administration, field services, and property management. She now oversees essential marketing campaigns, application processing, utility connections and disconnections, vendor onboarding, and addressing lease violations. Mary Beth received her Bachelor of Business Management from the University of North Georgia. With her versatile skill set and commitment to excellence, Mary Beth plays a pivotal role in driving success and efficiency within the organization.

Andrea Peeler is a seasoned professional in property management and real estate. With over two decades of experience, Andrea transitioned from managing 20+ properties to joining RMS Team in 2024 as the Client Success Coordinator. Her role involves recruiting property owners and ensuring smooth onboarding for our management services. Andrea's commitment to client satisfaction ensures outstanding property management experiences.
