Lesley’s journey with RMS Team began in 2009 when she stepped into the role of maintenance coordinator. Since then, she has adeptly transitioned across various responsibilities within the company, cultivating a comprehensive understanding of our operations. Driven by a commitment to operational excellence, Lesley now oversees all aspects of operations, ensuring productivity and efficiency for our valued clients. Her responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, encompassing tasks such as processing invoices, rental payments, and deposits as well as issuing monthly statements and year-end 1099's. In addition, Lesley plays a pivotal role in coordinating essential tasks including sending contracts, overseeing the eviction process, managing tenant applications, and nurturing positive relationships with streamlined processes. Lesley received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Georgia State University.

Linda began her real estate career in new construction, working with developers of golf courses and country clubs. Linda joined RMS Team with 18 years experience in the real estate industry. Linda’s strong communication skills are a tremendous asset to our team. She provides detailed information to the clients she serves and is committed to helping every individual she comes into contact with. Linda is a member of the Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of REALTORS® (NAMAR®) and the National Association of Residential Property Managers® (NARPM) where she is currently working on obtaining her RMP® designation.

Charlene brings over 25 years of property management experience to our team, along with a deep passion for helping homeowners and residents alike. Throughout her career, she’s managed everything from luxury single-family homes to large multi-family communities, overseeing portfolios as large as 2,900 homes. Her expertise spans inspections, renovations, vendor coordination, leasing, code compliance, and even court representation when needed. Charlene also has extensive experience working with HOAs, both professionally and personally. She has served as Vice President on her own community’s HOA board, giving her a unique understanding of how to balance the needs of residents, owners, and associations. Charlene is a licensed Georgia Real Estate Broker and holds certifications in REO asset management, luxury housing, senior living, and more. She’s known for her calm leadership, attention to detail, and the care she puts into every property she manages. Whether she's helping owners protect their investment or making sure residents feel at home, Charlene always leads with professionalism and heart. Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering in the community and spending time with her family.

Originally from New Jersey, Helen brings a strong background in real estate, banking, and business management to the RMS Team. A former licensed REALTOR® in New Jersey, she combines industry knowledge with a customer-focused approach to deliver exceptional service to both property owners and tenants. With an MBA in Business Administration from Mercy University in New York, Helen applies a strategic and organized mindset to every aspect of property management. She plays a vital role in the daily operations of the company—overseeing application processing, assisting with maintenance requests, recording and collecting rental payments, coordinating utilities, assisting prospective renters, and managing scheduling across the team. Dedicated, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping clients find the right home, Helen is an essential part of the RMS Team’s success and is committed to providing a smooth and positive experience for every resident, property owner, agent, and vendor she works with.
